I have always been passionate about sports. During my childhood, I practiced volleyball and karate for many years, playing on the school’s professional team. As a teenager, I became very interested in running and eventually became a marathon athlete and also took up cycling. Today, I practice at least 15 minutes of running daily, in addition to weight training and cardio exercises. I love martial arts and have practiced Kung Fu, Chinese boxing, and Jiu Jitsu. I’ve always viewed sports as a strong ally for health and for maintaining balance of body and mind, as well as for developing endurance, strength, discipline, and body awareness.
